you need this if…

You're three to nine months out from a raise and there's no model (or a spreadsheet nobody trusts), the deck is telling four stories at once, and nobody has rehearsed the questions an investor is going to ask.

You probably shouldn't hire a full-time CFO at this stage. You still need the model though. Walking into a raise without one usually costs you something real, like a lower valuation or a longer process, and sometimes a round that doesn't close.

what we do together…

Week 1, the books. Close them through last month, fix the chart of accounts so COGS, fulfillment and marketing split out by channel, and get real landed cost per SKU.

Week 2, the model. The driver-based P&L by channel with nCAC and payback, returning revenue from cohorts, unit economics and the cash runway forecast, tied to your books with a small, explained variance-to-books line.

Week 3, the deck. Down to one problem and one entry point, with use of funds rewritten as milestones that are actual rows in the model.

Week 4, practice. We run all 20 questions out loud, build the downside case and pull together a light data room.
